‘and you my father’ was made with and around a text by Dylan Thomas:
‘do not go gentle into that good night’.
In it we hear the voice of Thomas, the complete poem and parts of it.
It all happens in a haunting, composed landscape filled with old radio-signals, trombones form afar, high bells, bells in the distance, a tram passing by, also far away etc.
all very silent.
It was used as an introduction to the Dylan Thomas-program by the
New Trombone Collective in 2004.
